Hollywood Heroes turned up several unproduced Super Powers concepts in late 2002. As a result of this find of artwork, several unproduced concepts were finally brought to the collectors market.
Kenner planned a series of Super Powers playsets and accessories towards the lower-end of the pricing spectrum. These sets included Superman's Telephone Booth, The Justice Jogger, Aquaman's Seahorse, and this concept... Green Arrow's Stallion.
